Using a diverse approach that combines experimental analysis, insightful observational interviews, and thorough survey evaluations, this study reveals the complex relationship between design aesthetics and user trust. Highlight the subtle yet significant details in visual elements across e-commerce platforms, pinpointing the crucial instances where trust is either built or broken. From identifying issues in popular websites to understanding user preferences for simplicity, control, and openness during transactions, this study exposes the important role visual components play in shaping user trust. Providing key insights and strategic suggestions, this research aims to equip designers and businesses with the knowledge to create visually appealing, trustworthy interfaces, ultimately promoting not just transactions but enduring relationships in the digital commerce world
