Consider local university accommodation facilitation and management based on a manual process. As a result of the research study's findings, those manual processes have identified failures such as time waste, paperwork, data security, less facility maintenance, and less interconnection with students and administration. Local University accommodations have an important daily maintenance process. Also, students have an interest in living in university housing. So, university accommodation management staff have the responsibility of managing the facilities and services offered to students and creating a comfortable resident environment for them.
